Registration & ID Cards

All Residents are required to register annually with River Place East.  Registration will allow access to River Place services and privileges, including the gym, swimming pool, lockout services, building access, and usage of the loading dock and freight elevator during moves or special deliveries.

 

TO REGISTER, PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING TO THE CONCIERGE :

• Valid Lease (Unless you are the shareholder/owner) - Minium lease accepted is 3 months

• $50 Registration Fee per person, Check or Money Order ONLY.

• Current government-issued photo identification

• All Occupants must be on the Lease.

• River Place East Housing Corp. Lease Addendum (signed by the resident(s) and landlord)

Key fobs can be activated in the Management Office between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
