Emergencies

Maintenance is on call to respond to emergency situations. Shareholders will be billed accordingly regardless of desire. Please see the tenant section for emergency reporting procedures. Pest Control - Free extermination services are provided on Thursdays. While it is rare for units at River Place East to need this service, please contact the Management Office to eliminate any problems as soon as possible.
