RIVER PLACE EAST AMENITIES
|
Front Desk | The front desk staff receives packages for resident pick up, provides key drop off and pick up service, and coordinates freight elevator use.
Bicycle Room | Free bicycle storage is available with a $25 deposit. The bike room key is held at the Management Office weekdays. Evenings, weekends, and holidays, it is held at the Front Desk.
Laundry Facility | The laundry facility is located on the 3rd floor. Use your building key for 24 hour entry. Payment can be made in quarters or with a cash card.
Vending | Newspaper, snack, and beverage machines are located on the basement level.
Extermination | Free extermination services are provided on a weekly basis. Contact the Management Office to make an appointment.
Freight Elevator | The freight elevator can be reserved by residents. Contact the Management Office to make a reservation.

OTHER RIVER PLACE AMENITIES

Entertainment Center (Gym) | The newly renovated River Place Entertainment Center is located on the street level of the River Place South building. Enjoy the use of cardio equipment, free weights and circuit machines, pool and ping pong tables, sauna, steam room, and a meeting/party room available for reservations. Open 6 AM - 10 PM Mon - Fri, 10 AM - 6 PM Sat/Sun/Hol. River Place ID required for entry. Guest passes available.
Swimming Pool | The River Place swimming pool is located in the center of the River Place grounds. Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Lifeguards are on duty during all hours of operation. Hot tub and shower facilities on premises. Guest passes are available at the Entertainment Center and not at the pool itself. River Place ID required.
Loading Dock Passes | 30 minute loading dock passes are available from the gate house for loading and unloading. For repair vehicles and move-in/move-out, coordinate with the Management Office.
Lockout Service | Lockout service is available from the Management Office during regular business hours at no charge. After hours, visit the River Place gate house for lockout service. Bring your River Place ID. After hours lockout service fee must be paid in cash.
Retail Outlets | The River Place Market, Valet (dry cleaner), and Salon are located in the middle of the River Place grounds by the swimming pool.
Picnic Areas | Two picnic areas, with picnic tables and grills, are available for use by residents. Reserve either space for free at the Entertainment Center. River Place ID required. |
